INTRODUCTION
The Covid 19 pandemic has brought for dramatic changes in all sectors of society including the Department of Education especially in
the delivery of basic education services. Having no face-to-face classes at the moment, the Department of Education in its determination to
continue the delivery of quality basic education to learners, developed the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) to provide clear
guidance to all offices, units, schools, learners and their parents, partners and other stakeholders.
For the second year of the implementation of BE-LCP, through the guidance of SDO Tuguegarao City, the school administration and
teachers guided agree on a climate of collaboration to improve professional competence through instructional supervision in helping teachers
demonstrate content knowledge and pedagogical skills. The increasing number of learners choosing virtual classes aside from the previous
printed modular instruction allows more opportunities for class interactions between teachers and learners despite the continued absence of face
to face instruction.
