DATA ANALYSIS

This part of the paper discusses the results from the answers of the students about their online
learning experiences in Mapua Malayan Colleges in Mindanao. Most of the questions used Likert Scale
where 5 was considered as the extremely easy one, 4 was considered as somewhat easy, 3 was
considered as neutral, 2 was considered as somewhat not easy, and 1 was considered as extremely not
an easy one.

A. STUDENTS PROFILE

Figure 1: most of the students says that balancing family, household, and school responsibilities are
somewhat neutral for them to handle. This means that they can balance different chores and
responsibilities at home and their online learning.

Figure 2: most of the students finds time management somewhat not easy. This means that the students
are having hard time managing their allocated time for their tasks whether it is from school related stuff
or out of school related stuffs.
Figure 3: most of the students finds their adjustment to inline instructions neutral. This means that the
students are balancing every little adjustment that they are experiencing in their respective online
classes. This may be due to almost two to three years of online set-up that we are experiencing in our
country because of the pandemic.

Figure 4: most of the students are having hard time balancing their work and school responsibilities. This
only means that the working students present in the list of respondents are having hard time doing
whether school related stuff or work related stuff since both are important for them.

Figure 5: most of the students says that a quiet space helps them to finish their tasks related in schools.
This only means that most of the students present in the respondents needs a quiet environment to
finish every task that they have for their respective coursework.
B. STUDENTS NEED TO FINISH THEIR COURSEWORK

Figure 6: most of the students says that they can balance to seek help from others and to do on their
own with regards to their assignments. This means that most of the student can stand on their own and
seek help from others at the same time.

Figure 7: most of the students says that communicating with their peers, friends, and their family. This
means that these community of people helps the students to cope up with every single problem that
they are experiencing in finishing their coursework

C. DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE
Figure 8: most of the students have access to the internet. This means that they have a somewhat easy
access to search over the internet and explore more to help them finish their coursework.

Figure 9: most of the students agreed that it is easy for them to have access to different gadgets that
they use for their online classes. This means that most of the respondents are capable enough to have
source of different gadgets that they can use in order to perform well in their online classes.

Figure 10: most of the students finds taking their online examination in neutral way. This means that the
respondents are somewhat used to take their online examinations since everyone in the country is
already experiencing it for the last three years of online set up in education
Figure 11: most of the respondents feels that answering using short written responses or reactions
through online set up was neutral for them. This means that the respondents showcases their abilities
and knowledge online regards to answering those questions using short written responses or reactions.

C. PROJECT RELATED STUFFS

Figure 12: most of the respondents says that it is neutral for them to make arts and design project
online. This means that the respondents are used of making their art related project online that is why
they find it in the middle of being difficult and easy as students.

Figure 13: most of the respondents finds creating multimedia related projects somewhat not easy
maybe because of some errands and difficulties that they are facing while doing the projects. This means
that the respondents are having hard time creating multimedia related projects.
Figure 14: most of the respondents finds finishing their projects or presentations individually is neutral.
This means that the respondents are in the middle of finding it hard and easy at the same time it may
depend on what subject and type of presentation it could be.

Figure 15: most of the respondents finds following instructions were neutral. This means that the
respondents are finding the instructions sometimes hard and sometimes easy base on how it was given
to them by their instructors

D. ONLINE PARTICIPATION

Figure 16: most of the respondents finds it neutral when they are attending their online synchronous
discussion. This means that students are not having a hard time to attend their online classes.
Figure 17: most of the respondents finds reviewing notes that they taken during the online classes
neutral. This means that a lot of students are learning base on their notes after their online lecture
happened.

Figure 18: most of the respondents finds it neutral to organize their schoolwork. This means that some
of them likes it listed in most organize way as possible and some of them likes it as it is in their minds.

Figure 19: most of the respondents finds it neutral to concentrate on their school subjects. This means
that students can have a hard times and easy times to focus on their respective subjects that they have
in schools

Figure 20: most of the student finds it neutral to motivate themselves as students. This means that these
students can have motivation that they need and some of them doesn’t get it the way they want it to
be.
Overall discussion:

Based on the responses of the picked respondents, the overall learning experience of the
student during online classes may vary according to the things that surrounds them inside their home
premises. Their experiences also varies according to themselves especially because online learning will
depend on how students wants to have a good experience and good learning skills and knowledges after
their every year in online classes. This means that the students or the respondents must have their
organized work and list of things that they need to do in order to have a successful online learning
experience in their school.
