    TASK FOUR – SELF PROMOTION

    A. WORK EXPERIENCE
    I am looking for work experience for freelancing and working in the
    animation industry as an animator and/ or a character designer. I have
    researched into apprenticeships and freelancing in order to gain relevant
    Creative Media work experience.

    B. CONTACTS/ NETWORKING
    I have friends and lecturers who are contact with people connected to
    Creative Media work as well as other freelancing artists on social media
    that I am mutual with who I can go to for freelancing advice. I’m also in
    contact with my childhood friend who does film making, video editing
    and vlogging as a hobby and a cousin who works with media related
    work.

    C. AREAS TO FREELANCE
    I can start freelancing now and during my gap year, working on
    commissions, merch production and self-promotion. In university, I plan
    on freelancing at a slower, more-limited rate depending on how busy I
    get until I adapt and find a way to balance my time.
