I would like to apply for the position of Orientation Assistant Coordinator as advertised
on your site.
Having previously worked in an international custumer-oriented environment, I am
confident to be a great candidate for this position and I am highly motivated to work
in an academic environment.

I have a bachelor degree in Modern Languages and Cultures (English, French and
Spanish) and a master degree in Modern Languages for International Communication
(English and French). During my bachelor degree years I took part in the Erasmus
Program and I attended courses in the University of Jyvaskyla (Finland) in order to
improve my personal and linguistic skills.

After my bachelor degree I started working as an airport security agent in Fiumicino

Airport. This experience trained me various skills:
Performing under pressure
Assisting customers coming from different cultures and backgrounds
Conflict resolution
Team-working
Attention to detail
Ability to work irregular hours and during weekends

Furthermore I have worked as International Relation Coordinator and Logistic

Coordinator in a removal company. I participated in international conferences and
meetings and I organised the ones held in Rome and Paris.
