Mist Eliminator/Moisture Separator Panels

Tltan-Mist™ Moisture Separator/ Mist Eliminator are built with corrosion resistant materials in either
stainless steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum and serves two important functions: to collect water
droplets and oil mist from an air stream and to divert the liquid to an appropriate drain.
The mist eliminators also function as a washable particulate filter for use in electric motors, out­
side air ducts, side access housings, fresh air intake, and large compressors.

Industrial Metal Panels

Titan-Flo ™ Industrial panel is designed for medium to high velocity applications with a low
pressure drop.Typical applications for the Titan-Flo ™ Industrial Panel filters include air intake
oreas for generators and electrical motors as well as for general ventilation.
Available in aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized frame with an expanded metal backing.
Uses a 100-325mesh pleated screen.
Standard and custom sizes available.

Metal Screen Filters

Tltan-Flo ™ Screen Mesh Filters are designed for medium to high-velocity applications with a low
pressure drop and can be used as a pre-filter for medium efficiency filters.
The Titan-Flo ™ Screen Filters are ideal for high humidity and corrosive applications. Constructed
using a combination of 3/8" and ¾" pleated and flat layers of 18mesh epoxy coated aluminum
or 18mesh stainless steel screen that is sandwiched between expanded aluminum retaining
grids.
Available in aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized.Custom and standard sizing.

Compressor lntake/lmpact Elements

Titan-Flo ™ Compressor lntake filters are manufactured with a polyester felt or polyester media
that is inserted between two layers of epoxy coated pleated aluminum screens and supported
with an expanded metal grid on the entry and exit points.
The Titan-Flo ™ Aluminum lmpact Filter Element can be used as a primary or pre-filter in a
multistage filtration system.These dry panel filters are designed for fine filtration in small
equipment, electrical cabinets, small engine intake oreas, electrical motor intake, HVAC
equipment, and general ventilation.
Available in aluminum or galvanized frame.Standard and custom sizing.

Grease Baffle Panels

Titan-Flo ™ Grease Baffle Filters are specifically engineered for kitchen ventilating systems and are
designed to be installed in standard canopies or back-shelf assemblies.A series of off-set baffles
positioned vertically within a frame alters the flow of grease-laden air.
The grease drains downward and hales at the bottom of the filter's frame divert the grease to a
container away from the fire danger orea.
Available in aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized.Standard and custom sizing available.
