Instructions:

Play this activity in a team retrospective or other team meetingwhere you have 30 minutes available
Print a copy for every team member
Introduce this as an activity about the seven DA principles
Give everyone 5 minutes to fill out the seven boxes with examples from your own organization 
Debrief by having team members take turns sharing what they wrote
Continue the activity by looking for improvement ideas for some of the seven principles. For example, you can ask:
“Let’s look at all the ways we delight customers today. What other ways can we think of to delight our customers?”
