Sub: Long pending works of DUO 8093 M/C to be addressed by CPOH/RYP after scheduled
POH repairs attended on 14/05/2022 at CPOH/RYP-
CPOH/RYP Reg.

With reference to the above subject, DUO 8093 machine of HYB division was presently working
at SHNR station of HYB Division. The scheduled POH repair works of DUO 8093 M/C was carried out
from 07.03.2022 to 14.05.2022 at CPOH/RYP.
CPOH/RYP
After completion of 2 months, the speedometers of both the cabins are not working due to the
damage of the carrier (Part No. SSP70.01.610) and bearing cover (Part No. UD 64.951) neck i.e, threaded
portion of the distribution gear box which was overhauled during POH repairs. The part of the carrier i.e.,
threaded portion was broken inside the driven shaft of distribution gear box and need to be removed.
Upon frequent reminding to SSE/TM/CPOH/RYP
SSE/TM/CP the issue was not addressed which concerns the safety
of the machine.
