• Check: did you accidentally let the first half of your day slip by and
forget to eat the mid-morning snack and following meals?

• Check: are you drinking 12 cups of water each day?

• If you are STILL hungry, then reduce your number of “burn” days.
Example: (2) burn days then (1) refuel day OR (1) burn (1) refuel
