Title: Respiration
Aim: To investigate the effect of temperature on respiration
Materials/Apparatus: 1. Yeast
2. Sugar
3. Water
4. Balloon
5. 4 test tubes
6. Spatula
7. Measuring cylinder
8. Beaker

Method:
1. Label 4 test tubes A, B, C and D
2. Add 2cm3 of water in each test tube
3. Add one spatula of yeast to test tube C and D
4. Add two spatulas of sugar to test tube C and D
5. Add one spatula of yeast to test tube A
6. Add two spatulas of sugar to test tube B
7. Place a balloon over each test tube
8. Test tubes B and C were held at body temperature
9. Place test tube D in a container of ice
10. Record all observations in a table for 10 minutes
