Minutes of HRPTA Meeting

Date: September 14, 2022

Venue: Taverna Elementary School
Attendance: See attached attendance sheet

Mrs. Jovelyn G. Saludaga, Taverna Grade 4 Adviser called up for a

meeting. The meeting started at 8:00 in the morning with the opening prayer and
followed by a checking of attendance.
The Grade 4 Adviser welcomed the parents and presented the following
agenda as follows;

1. Signing of sf9 for Second Quarter

2. Distribution and Retrieval of SLMs
3. Home Visitation Schedule

The agenda were clearly explained by the teacher/Grade 4 Adviser and asked
the parents comments, opinions and suggestions regarding the above mentioned
matters. The meeting ended at 11:00 in the morning.
