Blayze Games Volunteer Testing & Non Disclosure Agreement

This non disclosure agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 02/07/2023
(MM/DD/YY) (the “Effective Date”) between Blayze Games, LLC (the “Company”), a Utah LLC, and
Radithya Rasya Putra (the “Volunteer Tester” name).

The Company requests the Volunteer Tester to perform services for it and may request the Volunteer
Tester to perform other services in the future; and the Parties therefore agree as follows:

Basic Agreement Terms

● All games not yet released are strictly confidential. Sharing of any kind is strictly
prohibited
○ Until you receive explicit written notice via the company, no screenshots, videos,
commentary or other sharing on social media or any other form of sharing is allowed.
Anyone who shares any details of the games, will be removed from the Volunteer Tester
program immediately for all time.
● Compensation
○ This is a volunteer position, no pay will be paid to the Volunteer Position.
○ Compensation will consist of in-game items to be awarded before or at the time the game
goes live. ● Responsibilities
○ Attend testing calls, and give the Company feedback on what you like, don’t like and submit
bug reports. Testing calls will be as frequently as 1-2 times per week.
● Consequences of sharing any game information before receiving written authorization ○
You will be FOREVER banned from playing ANY BlayzeGames games.
○ Swift and severe legal action will be taken against you.

More detailed Terms

1.0.Term and Termination.

1.1. This Agreement takes effect immediately as of the Effective Date, for a period of 2 years (the
"Term"), unless earlier terminated under Section 1.2.

3.0.Independent Volunteer Tester Status.

3.1. The Parties intend that the Volunteer Tester be engaged as independent Volunteer
Testers ofCompany. Nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed to create the
 relationship of employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership or joint venture, or
any other fiduciary relationship.

3.2. The Volunteer Tester may not act as agent for, or on behalf of, the Company, or to
represent theCompany, or bind the Company in any manner.

3.3. The Volunteer Tester will not be entitled to workers compensation, retirement, insurance
or otherbenefits afforded to employees of the Company.

3.4. Compensation:

This is a 100% volunteer position. (No pay will be paid to the Volunteer Testers.) However, we greatly
appreciate the work you will be doing. After the new game launches, the Company will determine the
rewards given to the Volunteer Testers. Compensation will include a combination of free cosmetics
(skins, character models, tags, etc) and may include weapons and other in game items, depending on the
level of help given by the Volunteer Tester.

4.0.Ownership. All work performed by the Volunteer Testers for the Company will be owned by the
Company.

5.0. Representations. Both Parties represent that they are fully authorized and empowered to enter into
this Agreement, and that the performance of the obligations under this Agreement will not violate or infringe
upon the rights of any third-party, or violate any agreement between the Parties and any other person, firm
or organization or any law or governmental regulation.

6.0. Indemnification. The Volunteer Tester shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates,
and its respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all claims, demands, losses,
causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of, or
relating to, the Volunteer Tester’s services under this Agreement.
