This study was aimed to determine the potential Effects of Academic Workload in the Student’s Lifestyle in
Arellano University - Jose Rizal Campus. In this study, The researchers will look into the student’s situation,
especially since we are in the midst of a huge crisis, with students being one of the most affected by the
modern learning system, or what we call blended learning.
