C) Delivery of letters – Ikuna (please Fred if possible, prepare a log to take by

Ikuna for signing upon receiving our invitation letters)

D) Informing - MC, CD, ‘Ofa Lupeitu’u, Lofan Tupou, Peseti Vea, ‘Ana Ve’ehala -
Finau

E) Tents – Lofan & team

F) Chairs required to the tent &

Tables or desk to Lopa for displays – Sipe , Siu & Team
G) Asking permission for Lopa : Finau

H) Set up & Displays – Olokava Famili, our budget avail. to us may not be able to
cater to all our needs for set ups, but we do have each other & that’s for sure.
May I ask that you please take responsible for your school’s booth/set up &
decorations KATAKI.

 Reminder /Check list – what you should bring

- Table cloth for your tables
- Flowers for your table , or pot plant etc
However you’d like to set up and showcase your school.

 Provided for you:

- Your school’s banner, and avail. Promotion material
- Consumable goods like cello tape, glue, chart , strings, balloons etc. if
needed . .
Please note in terms of consumable good /supplies needed for your booth/
schools displays please let me know 3 days ahead so I can ask Fred to rob a bank
for us :D . . ..
