This is to inform your good office that MS. LICEL M. MONTILLA (Ms.
Montilla) has availed the Scholarship Program of the College of Law for the 1 st
Semester of Academic Year 2021-2022.

Ms. Montilla graduated as Cum Laude and according to the rules of the
college, she has availed the 50% tuition discount. Unfortunately, Ms. Montilla
has failed one of her subjects on the second semester of AY 2021-2022 which
disqualified her from NEMSU – LAW Scholarship Program.

Law students who were awarded Latin Honors during their bachelor’s degree
shall be eligible for scholarship privileges, based on their respective Latin
Honor awards. The NEMSU – LAW Scholarship Program shall be
automatically renewed every semester. Provided, however, that the student
must maintain a GWA not lower than 1.75 and grades not lower than 2.25 in
all of his or her full load subjects in a given semester. Otherwise, the student
shall be deemed disqualified from the NEMSU-LAW Scholarship Program.

With this, we humbly request your good office to grant her the tuition
discount due her on the 1st semester of the AY 2021-2022.
