Executive Summary
Walton has the largest marketing network across Bangladesh and it sells its products through
more than 5,000 outlets, including 140 plazas or company-owned showrooms, and exclusive
distributors’ and dealers’ showrooms. Walton has, directly and indirectly, employed more
than 30,000 people in Bangladesh. They include engineers, technicians, officers, employees
and workers. It takes pride in being one of the largest and preferred employers in Bangladesh.
On an average, five people are dependent on each of these employees. So, Walton has
been contributing to the livelihoods of an estimated 150,000 people in the country.
WALTON Mobile is a sister concern of WALTON group which was initiated by S.M Nurul
Alam Rezvi under the umbrella of R.B Group (Rezvi and Brothers) in 1977. WALTON
MOBILE started its operations back in December 2010 and after completing six years it is
now flourishing and expanding in every possible market segment along with product
offerings. WALTON MOBILE is currently a renowned brand name in the mobile phone
market of Bangladesh. Under Walton, almost 30000+ employees are currently working now.
Walton has got the highest tax payer award in 2015-2016. Walton is not doing business in
Bangladesh only but also they are working in almost 20 countries around the world now and
they hope that it will increase more in the upcoming years. They also have retail organs of
Walton in 400 plazas, exclusive distributors and dealers. Walton has more than 57 modern
and well equipped after-sales service points along with ISO certified central service point.
Walton's Innovation is dedicated to building a more advanced society through the fusion of
sophisticated technologies having the capacity of 3.00 million refrigerators, 0.30 million Air
conditioner, 0.15 million Motorcycle and 1.5 million Television per annum respectively.
It manufactured almost 70% refrigerators, 25% televisions, and 6% of the motorcycles that
sold during 2015 in Bangladesh. Walton is the preferred choice of millions of customers
across the world because of its reliability and commitment to quality and price Walton is the

first Bangladeshi company which produce lots of own countries products and quality goods at
a lower price than any other company product. Walton is one of the highest taxpayers in
Bangladesh and has a strong impact on the country economy. WALTON Group of Industries
was founded by S.M Nurul Alam Rezvi in 1977 as a trading company. Head office of Walton
is situated at (Jiban Bima bhaban, level-3), Dhaka , Bangladesh. Walton is one of the highest
taxpayers in Bangladesh and has a strong impact on the country's economy. Walton has
received the Best Taxpayer Award at the just-concluded Dhaka International Trade Fair
(DITF) 2015 for the seventh time. WALTON Continuously grow manufacturer base,
focusing on high value customer as well as Increased Brand Awareness and reinforce brand
values moreover increased revenue from new services. Continue to expand their
comprehensive distribution product
