Subject: Restoration and Rehabilitation of Gabriel Apartment CHSL.

We are thankful to you for giving us the opportunity to quote for the repair and
restoration work of Gabriel Apartment. Based on Tender Document and technical
bid, here we are submitting our most reasonable rate for the same. Hope you will
find the quoted rates most reasonable and competitive to the best of your
satisfaction.

Note:
1. Electricity, water and storage for material shed shall be provided by the client at
free of cost.
2. Space to be provided for dumping rabbit for temporarily.
3. Working hour shall be 9am to 6pm.
4. All measurement is approximately taken for the estimate final shall be done at
the time of billing with joint measurement.
5. 10 days’ time shall be given to us to mobilize the material and staff for actual
start of work.
6. Taxes shall be born additional as per the Government law.
7. Payment shall be made every fortnight.
8. GST AND OTHER TAXES AS APPLICABLE
