Preparation Checklist
£ RTE and SMs have read https://www.scaledagileframework.com/inspect-and-adapt
£ RTE and SMs watch http://bit.ly/JeffersonFiveWhys to understand the root cause analysis process
£ Timings for the I&A event agreed to accommodate multiple time zones
£ RTE and SMs I&A agenda run through including checkpoints
£ RTE and SMs do a dry run of the problem-solving workshop
£ Additional facilitators nominated across the different locations
£ Remote session connection details obtained
£ Remote tooling setup, tested and all facilitators have familiarized themselves with them
Strategies for managing the Problem-Solving Workshop across multiple time zones
£ SMs run team PI retrospectives ahead of time and created proposed problem statements
£ Problem statements reviewed and voted on by the teams ahead of the workshop
£ Top X problem statements put in the problem-solving workshop deck presentation
£ Organize individuals into affinity groups ahead of the event based on the problems they want to help
solve
£ Assign rooms and /or breakout areas to each affinity group and add this information to the deck
P Have your strongest facilitators working with P Use the Scrum of Scrums template below to
