3) In addition to your Gross Salary, you shall be entitled to get Employee's Provident Fund, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity
and other statutory benefits as may be applicable to you from time to time in the course of your empbyment with
us.
Your appointment is initially on probation for a period of six months. The period of probation may extend up to one
year ar the discretion of the Management. During the period of probation your services can be terminated by the
Company at any time without any notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever or any compensation in lieu
thereof. The same condioon will apply in case you leave the Company's services during the probation period. No
notice or payment of gross sabry in lieu thereof wiI| be due, if services are dispensed with for any misconduct. You
shall not be deemed to have be¢ome permanent unless you are confirmed in writing,
5) You shall won in Supervisory capacity supervising all N!arketing and Sales activities in
your assig ned area. You will also supervise the Sales activities of the Sales Representatives of the
Company's Re-Distribution Srockiest, You shall be responsible, in such capacity to evaluate the
performance of the Re-Distri bution Stockiest of the Company and suggest and Lake corrective steps thereof
in order Eo achieve the Sales Objectives of the Company. Your assignment, inter alia, involves extensive
travelling in orde to achieve the desired selling and marketing objectives of the Company. You shall not be
entitled to raise any objection in order Lo undertake travel on Company's work whenever you are requested
to do so. You shall enjoy Field Entitlements while on tour/market in accordance wiLh the rules of the Company
currently in force. Your hours of attendance shall be regulated to suit the duties entrusted to you from time to
time.
You may be required if no:essary, to attend to your duties on Sundays and Holidays as may be scheduled in
accordance with the instruction of the Company.
You shall work under the Supervision of such Exec:utives/Managers of the Company as may be decided by
the Company from time to bme. You shall diligently and faithfully carry out
