The real estate and construction market is one of the most stable in terms of positive dynamics in
recent years in Georgia. Foreign direct investment in this industry over the past two years
amounted to 300,000,000 US dollars. In 2021, investments in the real estate sector amounted to

Batumi (Buknari - where our land plot is located , is a suburb) and by 48% in the first quarter of
2022 - the corresponding growth in the center of Batumi was 9 and 13% - this indicates that the
more urbanization in Batumi itself becomes, the greater the number of people who want them to
live in the suburbs and protect themselves from traffic jams, polluted air and a congested beach
with unclean water. The elitism of the suburb is also proved by the prices of such real estate -
