MEDICAL LETTER FOR:

GABRIELA TOPALA

GABRIELA TOPALA was a patient in our practice who required medically necessary dental
care. Their teeth were in unstable condition and had several gaps both on their lower and
upper jaws. For this reason 2 implants were inserted in their upper jaw, and 4 implants in their
lower jaw.

Extraction Numbers: Number 26 had decay, and number 45 had to be extracted due to high
risk of interfering with patient’s zirconium prosthetics. To explain briefly, when a tooth
doesn’t touch the other tooth on the opposing jaw (due to tooth loss); it grows upwards and
causes problems with creating enough space. This makes it hard to arrange the jaw’s closure.
This incidence can also be seen on the patient’s X-Ray clearly.

Patient’s optimal healing time is 3 months. They will visit us once more to complete the
treatment.

Remaining gaps will be treated and closed with bridging method. 28 zirconium crowns are
clinically necessary to be used in the process.
