WHY FINANCE (Asset Pricing) MSc?

In Finance (Asset Pricing) MSc, I will develop my knowledge of theory and model-based
analytical methods. The course focus is on quantitative techniques, taking mathematical,
statistical, and econometric methods and applying them to the world of finance.

By the end of my studies, I will be able to apply core finance theory to real issues in the
industry. And I will come away with an understanding of verbal, mathematical, graphical,
and econometric representation of financial ideas. I will also have the skills to assess the
functioning of financial and banking sectors around the world. I will be provided an

Why UK?
United Kingdom is one of the best countries for international education in terms of high
standard of living, affordable fee structure and safe learning environment with special
international student services. The positive and systematic approach is being adapted to
vocational and technical education for its promotion and recognition among the best and
most innovative over the world. Analysing on different websites about educational
providers of UK, the quality of education, teaching techniques and the delivery way of
lecture by service providers touched my heart and soul so much that I am convinced to
choose UK for my future higher study without any hesitation. The environment and climate
of UK is very much similar to my home country which will benefit me a lot and I being health
conscious have no worry about my sound health.

Even in India to commence studies from a good college/ university student have to invest
equal and I have to move from my home town as well. Hence, I decided to study in UK and
ready to invest my time, money and efforts to gain this valuable global level qualification.
On the other hand, my future study program would be worldwide recognized but Indian
study must not be nationally accredited. Due to all these factors and circumstances, I made
my mind to attain study from abroad

Undoubtedly, India has also very good institutions and universities but the level of
competition is very high. A number of entrance examinations are conducted in India for the
admission of students in the different degree programs. Students are aspiring to pursue
business courses need to score high in this examination, which demands a lot of time and
money for preparation and also number of seats, are far less in comparison to number of
applicants. Moreover, I will not get international exposure as all the students in a mediocre
college will be from my state and my local language and I will not grow as an individual and
neither do my communication skills gets polished.

On the contrary, I found UK more appealing to me in all aspects may it be affordable fee structure,
good lifestyle with less living expenses, high quality course curriculum, advanced technologies, hi-
tech approach of learning, live industrial exposure, safe and multicultural environment. Most of
UK Universities are covered under Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) that ensures advanced
course structure and quality education to be imparted by all universities and colleges irrespective
of their campus size, fee structure and location. UK government ensures safety of international
students and takes every possible step to provide a safe learning environment to them; thereby
making it a safer study destination for overseas aspirants.
