- Feature is important tool provided in SAP HCM which allows you to determine default values for
different info type fields as well as to control certain system processes
- Also used to eliminate the user entry mistakes

Feature Code Definition

NUMKR Used to generate Personnel Number Range - IT0000
IGMOD (Info group Info group modifier number in the action info group is used with
Modifier) the Feature (IGMOD) as a return value to make an action type
works as has more than one info group
ABKRS Used to default Payroll Area in IT0001
PINCH Used to define "Administrator Group" that is in IT0001
VDSK1 Used to default "Organization Key" that is in IT0001 to be used
for Authorization Check
TMSTA Used to Default the Time Management Status in IT0007
SCHKZ Used to Default Work Schedule Rule in IT0007
TARIF Used to Default Pay scale Type and Area in IT0008
LGMST Used to Propose Wage Types in IT0008
ZLSCH Used to Propose the Payment Method in IT0009
CONTR Used to Default values for contract elements IT0016
HDATE Set date type for determining entry date >> Determine which
date type in info type 0041 will be used for seniority calculation
(Absence Quota)
DATAR Used to Default Date Specification in IT0041
ALOAN Used to Default Loan Type in IT0045
VTART Used to Default Substitution Type in IT2003
HRSIF Used for recording the Absence (IT2001)/Attendance (IT2002)
without clock times
EGTGP Available in the Localization for Egypt Private Sector which is used
to default the Tax Group in IT3391
P + Info Type Number Used in Screen Modification for that Info Type
e.g. (P0001)
PLOGI OM and PA Integration (Integration Applied for Specific Criteria
like: Company, Personnel Sub Area, Employee Group and
Subgroup)
DFINF Copy default values for info types
TIMMO Used to define the Time earliest retroactive accounting date for
specific personnel subareas, country groupings, employee
subgroups, etc.
