help you gather customer feedback to measure the success of the tablet test launch.

Step 3: Test the survey

Ask a friend or colleague to complete the survey to ensure that the questions are clear and easy
to understand. Make any necessary changes to improve the survey before distributing it to the
50 participants in the test launch.

Step 4: Distribute the survey

Distribute the survey to the 50 participants in the test launch at the end of their service. Make
