COMPLAINT - AFFIDAVIT
I, JESSA MAE PIQUERO CELOCIA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Purok-1
Laturan, Libona, Bukidnon, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law most
respectfully alleges into this Honorable Office:

1. That I am the same person who is the complainant in the instant case;

2. That I am formally filing a complaint against ETHAN DAVE ESPEJO TOLEDO, of

legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Sadalesa Comp., Zone 4 Pasil, Kauswagan
Cagayan de Oro City for Violation of Section 5 (e)(1)(2)(3)(4), 5(h) and 5(i) of RA 9262
otherwise known as “AN ACT DEFINING VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND
CHILDREN, PROVIDING FOR PROTECTIVE MEASURES FOR VICTIMS
PRESCRIBING PENALTIES THEREFORE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES” and Section
3 (3) of RA 7610 otherwise known as “AN ACT PROVIDING FOR STRONGER
DETTENCE AND SPECIAL PROTECTION AGAINST CHILD ABUSE, EXPLOITATION
AND DISCRIMINATION, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES”;

3. That I met respondent sometime in November 2017 and because of our mutual friends, he
became part of our barkada and eventually entered in an intimate relationship sometime
in January 2018;

4. That out of our relationship with respondent, I got pregnant and gave birth to our
firstborn child, JOHAN DAMIEN C. TOLEDO, who was born on September 19, 2019

5. That on September after I gave birth, respondent let me and our firstborn child lived with
him at his mother’s house located at Block 3 Lot 23 Phase 2 Bloomingdale Subd.,
Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City. But due to respondent’s toxic behaviors,

6. That on May 2020, respondent asked me to live with him again at his mother’s residence
in Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City since his mother asked me to be a tutor to respondent’s
half sister, Kyra Espejo. Respondent also promised me that he will changed his ways and

8. That on July 2020, I found out I was pregnant again.

9. That on August 2020, respondent promised to marry me after I gave birth to our second
born child

10. That on January 21, 2020, I found out that respondent secretly took my phone and took a
photo of me showing my back and buttocks
