This is to inform you that on Saturday, December 17, 2022, the College of Business Student Council
organized a College Night, entitled “COB Night: Eleganté”. It is an event where students take part in
developing confidence, show creativity, enjoy the glitz and glam of college life, establish
acquaintanceship, and bring out the leadership in them that is essential in their chosen career path.

The said activity will be held at Best Western Metro Clark in Balibago, Angeles City and it will
occur from 5:00PM to 10:00PM. It will make the COB participants confident in dealing with business
matters in the future.

As a form agreement, kindly fill out the form below, detach and submit it to the Officer-in-charge on
December 17, 2022 upon registration.

Systems Plus College Foundation-College of Business on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Best
Western Metro Clark in Balibago, Angeles City from 5:00PM to 10:00PM.

I further agree that Systems Plus College Foundation shall not be held liable or accountable for any
injury that may be sustained by the students or liabilities caused by them and for any loss or damage
to their belongings that may arise during the said event.
