PROJECT PROPOSAL

TITLE: MT. SIERRA MADRE TRAIL SERIES 2022

TYPE OF PROJECT: TRAIL SERIES/MOTORCYCLE RIDING EVENT

PROPONENT/S: ALL TRAIL RIDERS IN THE PHILIPPINES
DURATION: 4 LEG EVENT (OCTOBER TO DECEMBER)

RATIONALE:
Baybay Laguna Trail Riders will conduct of Mt. Sierra Madre Trail series 2022
that will be filled with joy and excitement. This event will be spearheaded by Baybay Laguna
Trail Riders headed by Kyle Martinez and Romualdo Manuel Aguja., furthermore, the said
activities will be an excellent opportunity to dicover the potentials in trail riding among all the
riders here in our country and to assemble unity among the different teams here in our country.
OBJECTIVES:

General Objective:
1. To promote camaraderie, socializing and sportsmanship.

Specific Objectives:
1. To discover the top trail riders.
2. To promote unity in all the trail riders in our country.
3. To generate a fund for the plan for

EXPECTED OUTPUTS:
1. Winners of every categories per leg
2. Over-all Champion of Hari ng Trail and 5 man team

METHODOLOGY:
1. Promoting sports, endurance and trail riding among men and women.

IMPLEMENTING ACTIVITIES:

A. Coordination with the invited judges

BAYBAY Laguna Trail Rider will have a meeting to identify some critical points of the
program. Then, the members & officers will coordinate and give invitation to the sponsors,
municipal mayor and sangguniang bayan.

B. Dissemination of Information

Information dissemination shall be done through Facebook announcements with thorough

information about the program/event. Members and Officers will prepare other necessary
materials. Bay bay Laguna trail riders officers will also coordinate with the Municipal Police
station, Local Government, Bureau of Fire Protection, Barangay Officials to secure the safety of
the participants.

C. Actual Activity
 To start the program, marshals will open the registration for all the categories. Welcome
Address of our Municipal Mayors. The explanation of the rules and regulation of the race will
be held. The Race starts. At last will be the awarding of certificates and token to the sponsors
and the announcement of the winners. To close the program, Mr. Kyle Martinez, the president
of Bay bay Laguna Trail Riders will give the final reminders and message to the all trail Riders.

D. Personnel Involved

All members and Officers of BAYBAY LAGUNA TRAIL RIDERS , Municipal Police
station, Local Government, Bureau of Fire Protection, Barangay Officials and Sponsors.
