    peptide bond are formed between carboxyl end in 'p' site and amino
    end in 'a' site

    TRANSLOCATION
    ribosome shift one codon from 5' into 3' direction where 'p' site to 'e'
    site then 'a' site to 'p' site. lastly. 'e' site transport out from ribosome.

    03 TERMINATION

    RELEASE FACTOR WILL BIND TO STOP CODON IN 'P' SITE THAT CAUSE TRANSLATION
