OBJECTIVE: Serve as a mentor for a new teacher in a credential program (short/long-term).

GOAL: To be an active participant/contributor during Rigorous Curriculum
Design (RCD) next year. RATIONALE: Our school is currently in the process of going through RCD which is a model for redesigning curriculum so that it truly represents a rigorous 21st-century set of comprehensive units of study aligned with existing state and the new Common Core State Standards. TLMD: Domain 2: Accesses and Uses Research to Improve Practice and Student Learning OBJECTIVE: To work collaboratively with other geometry teachers in our district to redesign the curriculum.
