GUIDELINES REGARDING COVID

1. Wearing of mask/face cover is mandatory for all candidates. Candidates without mask/face cover will not be allowed to enter the Exam Venue.
2. Candidates, however, will have to remove their masks for verification, whenever required by the examination functionaries.
3. Candidates will have to follow government guidelines issued from time to time regarding handling of COVID pandemic.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE FOR PST/PET

1. Candidates need to be present at the venue at the specified reporting time.

2. Candidates are advised to show their Admit Card along with Identity proof (Adhaar Card/Pan Card/ Voter ID/ Driving License etc.) to the duty
officer at the entrance
3. Candidates have to appear in all stages of the recruitment. If a candidate is absent from any of the stages/event his/her candidature will be
cancelled.
4. Candidates should bring and produce all original certificate(s) at the time of document verification as well as bring one set of self-attested photo
copies of the documents for submission.
5. Certificates/documents shall be accepted and verified only in the document verification stage during the PST/PET. No new certificate/document
shall be accepted afterwards.
6. The following original documents/material along with self-attested photocopies shall be provided to the Document Verification Committee:-
PASSED CERTIFICATE OF HSLC OR EQUIVALENT EXAMINATION.
MARK SHEET OF HSLC OR EQUIVALENT EXAMINATION.
NURSING DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE (NURSING).
ADMIT CARD OF HSLC OR EQUIVALENT EXAMINATION FOR PROOF OF AGE.
EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE REGISTRATION NUMBER
SPORTS CERTIFICATE, IF ANY
CASTE CERTIFICATE FROM THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY. NO CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY OTHER STATES WILL BE
ACCEPTED.
TRANSGENDER CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY COMPETENT AUTHORITY, IF ANY
EWS CERTIFICATE FROM COMPETENT AUTHORITY, IF ANY.
7. Submission of fake documents/furnishing false information/misrepresentation of facts, at any stage, shall lead to immediate rejection from the
recruitment process. If such facts come to light even after selection/appointment, the candidature shall be rejected. Such candidate shall be
liable to face criminal proceeding.
8. SLPRB/Assam Police shall not be responsible for any injury/damage caused during the physical test or any other medical complication caused
due to any pre-existing medical condition.
9. Canvassing in any form or any type of outside influence/pressure/offer of illegal gratification/threatening and/or blackmailing will permanently
disqualify the candidates from the recruitment process.
10. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for the journey and stay related to appearance in PST/PET.
11. Candidates are required to maintain strict discipline during the whole recruitment process.
12. In case of a negative Police verification report or unsatisfactory medical examination report, candidature shall be rejected.
13. A candidate is NOT required, to pay any amount of money, at any stage of the recruitment process except for the medical investigation/tests, if
required in a Govt. hospital.
