    Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!

    The significance of research in decision-making activities and in solving various problems in the
    classroom setting can never be set aside. As a dynamic and scientific endeavour, it is beyond
    argument that doing research should not stop even in the time of disruptions. It is then of
    utmost importance that the professional practitioners in the field of teaching – the teachers, be
    properly upskilled in the field of research to further contribute to the solutions of the problems
    that the educational system of the Philippines is currently facing in these troubled times.

    It is in this context that the Lower Bala National High School will conduct a two-day blended
    webinar/seminar-workshop on “Reorientation of Teachers on DepEd Research
    Management Guidelines and Capability Building on Conducting Action and Basic
    Researches” on March 25 and 26, 2021. In this webinar/seminar-workshop, teachers will be
    reoriented on DO No 16 s. 2017 or the Research Management Guidelines, and the systematic
    procedures on preparation and conducting action and basic researches will also be discussed.

    With this regard, I am writing this letter to request from your good office MR. EDWARD F.
    DIZON, head teacher of Linadasan Elementary School to be one of our resource speaker for
    the said teachers’ in-service training on March 25, 2021. I have known that through Mr. Dizon’s
    expertise in this field, he can share helpful ideas and techniques that will motivate our teachers
    to create an action research as this will be of enormous help to improve their practice.

    Sir, I am looking forward to your affirmative response regarding this request. Thank you and
