Greetings
Known for its mark, AIR WATER MACH INC. has, since its establishment, been mak-
ing daily efforts to improve its technology and quality control to become an exclusive manufacturer
of JIS standard O-rings, air-pressure and hydraulic cylinder packing, and various types of high-preci-
sion industrial rubber products. We have established a reputation among our customers for reliably
providing products of excellent performance and quality.
As we step into the future, AIR WATER MACH INC. hopes for your continuing support of its
mark.
Management Vision
Characteristics
1) Only a small space is required as the volume of the
attached portion is small.
2) Attaching and removing can be done easily as the
structure is very simple.
3) The wide ranging types of materials enable use in a
wide range of temperatures (-60℃ to +220℃).
4) The sealing force is effective to alternate pressure
from both sides.
5) The price is very reasonable compared to other pack-
ing products.
6) Our abundant stock enables quick delivery.

Space
At low pressure, an O-ring seals with its squeeze, and as the pres-
sure increases, it seals with increased tension. At high pressure, an
O-ring develops an extension in the space of the piston and cylinder
or rod and sleeve as shown in Figure 6, which may lead to prob-
lems. Therefore, in order to minimize this space as much as possi-
ble, using a backup ring along with an O-ring would be effective in
preventing this extension from developing.

Remark : P3-P400 of JIS B2401 are used for dynamic and static purposes. However, G25-G300 are used only for static purposes. In addi-
tion, among those in P3-P400, materials with low mechanical strength such as Type 4C should not be used for dynamic purposes.
Note : This eccentricity indicates the difference between the largest and smallest values of Dimension K and is twice the concentric level.

Super Efficient Fluorine Rubber
R.Echo-Perflour
Characteristics
Echo Perflour is a super-high efficient fluorine rubber manufactured
by AIR WATER MACH INC. It is a breakthrough material that,
while retaining the elasticity of rubber, can resist organic polarity
solvents (ketones, ethers, furans, ammonias, etc.), acids, and alkalis.
This was previously thought impossible with traditional fluorine
rubbers.
In addition, its application temperature range of -20 to +220 de-
grees Celsius is extremely wide compared to traditional fluorine
rubbers and has outstanding steam resistance . Furthermore , the
amount of gas and heavy metals produced from the rubber is ex-
tremely small, and its chemically stable molecular structure makes
it the most suitable sealing material for equipment used for produc-
ing semiconductors.
Applications
Echo Perflour can be used for a wide range of purposes. It can be
used as seal packing for pumps, reactors, and mixers in chemical
plants. It can be used as a sealing material for preventing highly
corrosive gases and chemicals from leaking in the semiconductor in-
dustry. It can also be used as a sealing material for reducing valves
in the aviation industry. So, as you can see, Echo Perflour is highly
effective when used with products such as O-rings, diaphragms, V
packing, and various mold products.

Silicone Rubber Plug Gasket for Dip Coating
Characteristics
1. Flexible
The soft plugs shaped in a truncated cone come in various sizes to
meet your needs. The concaved structure makes it simple to plug
in.
2. Ecology
Coatings applied on silicone rubber can be removed easily just by
wiping, so it can be used repeatedly. (Optimal for water-type coat-
ing)
Compared to cork plugs, it helps to reduce the amount of waste.
3. Cost Reduction
The concaved structure reduces costs for the material production
which enables us to offer them at a reasonable price. (Compared to
our former products)
The use of the plug is not limited only to dip coating. It can also be
used for spray coating where attaching a coating to the inner por-
tion of a product is not required.
