I am a Production Support Engineer specialized in software and IT management for mid-
level to high-level clients. I have extensive experience in working on code level issues
finding error and bugs and fix them with the help of development team. The experience,
which I have gained over 2.5 years, has assisted me in developing a wide range of relevant
skills, which includes working in Unix OS to create tools to reduce repetitive and manual

resolution.
