Reflection Essay:

In oral communication, I've learned how to establish

credibility in my speech by using examples, statistics,
quotations, images, and explanations to support my
point of view. I'm learning how to express my main point
in a clear and memorable manner. My favorite topic in
oral communication is "communicative strategies,"
because it teaches me how to communicate effectively
with others. We will be able to use the skills we learned
in oral communication in the future. One of the most
important aspects of the workplace is communication.
Communication ensures a smooth working process in an
organization and has a significant impact on work results.
Effective communication includes speaking, listening,
processing, and providing feedback. If the
communication chain is complete, it indicates that you
are working in a safe environment. Communication
achieves the desired results while removing unnecessary
problems. Employees are able to perform well when they
communicate effectively, which can lead to increased
productivity. Taking feedback from one another and
properly listening to one another brings harmony and
cooperation to the organization.
