A) Download an image 2.1.15 from below link and install in BAT I-3 board.

B) Download for siteomat version(7.55.28.1) from below link and upgrade

it freshly in both FCC.

Siteomat default Password: U$4F7dc8 and create new Admin password.

B.1) Install ClusterInstall3.V3.6.B17.tar in one FCC. Refer below manual.

Chapter 2:WGT Conversion/Setup/Version upgrade:
A) Home page and login page:

Browse WGT page with it’s IP address in google chrome https://192.168.1.170

A.1) Credentials for fresh nWGT login

Username: Admin
Password: Admin
After first login you will be asked to change password use “Orpak1983” for permanent
password for all sites.

A.2) login with below credentials and update license file as below mentioned steps
to convert nWGT to CnWGT.

Username: Admin
Password: Orpak1983
• Once login go to “Software Distribution” select file type “License file” then browse
license file and click on upload

• It will take 5-10 seconds to reload page (during time don’t refresh or restart WGT
page).
• Once page refreshed device will show as CnWGT.

 A.3)First Method of WGT version upgrade:

a. Ensure latest WGT version and bootloader is installed at in WGT if not, follow any one of
below methods.
b. Power ON WGT then conect WGT LAN cable to FCC/Laptop or open WGT web page in
mobile google chrome by connection mobile to same network to fcc over Wi-Fi.
c. Open CnWGT page in Laptop/Mobile(chrome).
d. Download latest Software version(09.05.12) from below link:

e. Go to ADMINISTRATION=>Software Distrubution.
f. In the Software Distribute tab, upload software version and select the Update at Admin.
Command radio button under Update Options, and select the Manual radio button on the
right
g. Browse software version file the click on upload.
Wait until all nWGTs at the station receive the new version and the status for each nWGT
changes from In Progress to Pending (this may take a couple of minutes).

h. Wait until all the main nWGT is pending

i. Click Send to send the command to replace the firmware version.
j. Validate version 09.05.12 has been replaced in all nWGT devices.

k. In similar manner need to upgrade WGT firmware version if you updating with Laptop or
Mobile only and if you are updating throgh FCC then follow method 2.

Note: Main WGT firmware version wont be upgrade with FCC.

A.4)Second Method of WGT version upgrade:
In order to use/upload 09.55.12 file through FCC using admin port and automatic version
upgrade, follow below procedure.
1. Copy new firmware file to folder into Document then run below command
cp Documents/WGT_firmaware_version /home/fcc/New
pkill FCC

2. Once you get the status in CnWGT as in-progress then follow below
a. Go to /home/orpak/Pending location and remove bin file from it by below
command.
cd /home/orpak/Pending
rm -f WGT_firmaware_version

3. Upload process to CnWGT should be triggered within 15 minutes.

4. Wait for upload process to complete (15 minutes). once file uploading completed, in FCC
WGT status would be as “pending”

5. Wait for process to complete for all slave(nWGT) devices (~15 minutes per PnWGT / slave).
6. All device will show as Pending one by one.
7. Click on Send button to distribute across all the WGT. it will take 10 seconds to refresh the
page

8. Validate main firmware version has been replaced in all nWGT devices.

9. Browse to CnWGT via Google Chrome and execute Activation
a. If you did not see “Administrator” tab on left side navigation menu, in setup
configure master exists as “NO” and click SUBMIT available on same page. And also
click on “Submit and reset” on “Save Setup” tab. Device will reset.
