Responsible for maintaining files ,documentation of the project which includes shop
drawings, materials submittals, RFI letters, site instructions, outgoing and incoming
letters correspondence to Client, Consultant and Sub-Contractor.
Distribution of project documentation Drawings and the correspondences in
accordance with agreed matrices.
Ensuring all projects are coordinated as per document control procedures.
Maintain document control registers (EDDR) for incoming and outgoing project
documents in a Spreadsheet and database.
Maintaining project correspondence, technical query, field change notice register
Tracking and Reporting on Project Document Status.
Co-ordination with client and Sub-contractor for receiving of the project drawings,
specifications and standards.
Preparation and submission of document status to client (EDDR) and updating the
material purchase control sheet etc.
Submission and receiving of all the drawings and complete documents (including
QA/QC) related to the project to the client for approval, issuance of the same
internally to the concern departments etc.
Ensure that all the previous revision to be superseded and the latest revision and
approval status of drawings and documents are kept updated continuously.
Filing and archiving of documentation to facilitate easy retrieval at a later date.
Providing support to site team on document control procedures
Interfacing with Client, Consultant and Design Office Document Controllers
Perform other similar or related duties such as making photocopies, maintaining a
stock of departmental stationery, consolidating feedbacks and comments from
sections to be forwarded to the concerned, collating and binding reports.
