ENTRY AND EXIT IN CAMPUS.

24________ (Batch) hereby undertake that I shall abide by the communication made UG

Student Activity Council in consonance with UG Resident Secretaries regarding allowance of

free entry and exist in the campus. I shall abide by the time slots mentioned in good faith. I have

read and am well versed with all the rules mentioned by the UG Student Activity Council in the

communication made through mail. I undertake that if I am caught with any violations

mentioned in the MOP or in regard to the forwarded mail by UG SAC dated on 3rd August___

(date on which the communication is made), I shall be individually held liable for the same. I

understand and agree that any irregularities or misconduct of any kind shall amount to serious

consequences and penalties shall be levied on me at the discretion of the necessary authorities.

Such a decision made shall be final, binding and non-negotiable.
