    accused No. 1.

    Previous cost of Rs. 3000/- stands paid to the complainant.


    Prima facie there is sufficient material on record to frame notice
    against the accused. Separate notice under section 251 Cr.PC has been
    framed against the accused to which he pleads not guilty and claim trial.
    Admission / denial of the documents is to be done on the next
    date of hearing.
    Counsel for the accused has filed exemption application on
    behalf of accused No. 2. Medical document filed alongwith. Heard. Allowed
    for today only.
