A letter of complain

Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writing to express my concern about members of staff in your restaurant.
My family and I were very disappointed by the service and the food.
As your regular customer, I expect everything to be perfect as it has been. To
my surprise, I didn't get that. The service was terrible. We waited a long time
for the waiters to bring us menus and even longer to take our order. The salads
came after an hour. The main courses were served after another half, but they
had already gone cold. We were not satisfied with this service. The restaurant
was not full and that made us even more wonder why everything was slow.
As a long time customer of yours who has never complained until now, I
expected that this would not happen. The staff has always been fast, strict,
responsible. We have never had to wait so long, even when the restaurant was
full. The food has always been served to us immediately, without delays and
without it getting cold.
After what I have written to you, I expect things to change and return to their
good old ways again. I want to be a regular customer of your restaurant again
and not regret my choice, that I chose you.
I would be grateful if you would acknowledge receipt of my complaint.
