1. Describe a situation when you had to resolve a conflict in your department.

Answer:
While working as an Admin officer for a school , a parent was having a conflict with a teacher
because their ward kept on failing a particular subject.
I was asked by the Proprietor to attend to the situation by identifying the problem and settling the
conflict.
I decided to apologise to the parent first , asked the teacher to apologise and suggested extra
attention and lesson for the pupil.
The apology was accepted by the parent and suggestions were welcomed.

2. Have you ever faced conflict while working in a team?

Answer:
Joined the sales team as a marketing associate to create more effective advertising campaigns for
clients. At one point, we couldn't agree on how to market a particular customer's product. It took
him a week to make the presentation at the customer's site. We spent a week with her discussing
each plan in depth, ultimately creating a campaign from each team member's best suggestions. The
client was happy with the choice and the campaign was a success.

3. Tell me about a time when you were working under pressure.

Answer:
During the very busy holiday season, I was a retail store manager. Although we missed our sales
targets, we knew it was important to continue to provide excellent customer service. Created a
detailed weekly schedule with additional employee compensation to increase sales. I also held daily
team meetings before each shift to answer questions and highlight top performers to motivate the
team.To keep our customers happy and exceed our sales goals for the month.
