SUBJECT : Tasking re 9th Founding Anniversary Celebration

DATE : July 21, 2021

1. Reference: Memorandum from D, HSS dated July 19, 2021 with the same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the commemoration of the 9 th Founding Anniversary

Celebration of the Center for Police Strategy Management (CPSM) with the theme;
“Sustaining the Legacy of Excellence through Participative Governance in the New
Normal” on August 13, 2021 (Friday) at 1:00 PM at the PNP Multi-purpose Center
(MPC), Camp BGen Rafael T Crame City with PGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T
ELEAZAR, CPNP as the Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHS).

3. In this regard, all concerned Sections Chiefs are directed to ensure the
following tasking and submit actions taken to this office NLT August 13, 2021 and
further submit After Activity Report.

C, EHGS To assist CPSM in the proper rendition of Foyer

Honors;
C, BPS To provide the following:
a) BP personnel to manage the flow of traffic
on all roads in front of the MPC during the
activity;
b) BP personnel at the driveway of MPC for
the duration of the activity; and
c) Provide parking slots for visitors at the PNP
Sports Center.
C, QRP To provide overt security in the venue and its
premises.
OIC, Band To provide availability of PNP Band for the activity.
