SUBJECT : Tasking re Vigil and Interment Honors for the late PDDG
ISMAEL R RAFANAN (Ret)

DATE : July 8, 2021

1. Reference: Memorandum from D, HSS dated July 7, 2021 with same

subject as above.

2. This pertains to the request for the Vigil and Interment Honors for the late
PDDG ISMAEL R RAFANAN (Ret) who died of kidney cancer while undergoing
dialysis on July 7, 2021. His remains now lie at the Loyola Commonwealth, Quezon
City. Interment will be TBAL.

3. In this regard, all concerned Sections Chiefs are directed to ensure the
following tasking and submit actions taken to this office NLT July 8, 2021 and further
submit After Activity Report.

C, EHGS To Provide the following during interment honors;

a) One platoon – 2 x 9 plus guide;
b) National Flag and PNP Color with bearer and
guards;
c) One Guidon bearer;
d) Pall bearers;
e) Vigil guards; and
f) Submit names of detailed personnel to ARMD for
issuance of appropriate orders.
C, WPS To provide One platoon – 2 x 9 plus guide and Submit
names of detailed personnel to ARMD for issuance of
appropriate orders.
OIC, Band 1. To provide musical complement during the Interment
Honors;
2. Submit to ARMD the lists of detailed personnel for the
aforementioned activities for issuance of appropriate
orders; and
3. Perform other tasks as directed or as necessary.
C, QRP To provide two overt security during the transport of honor
elements.
