SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (hereinafter, the

"Agreement"), is dated as of 12/03/2022 (hereinafter, the "Effective Date"), and is entered into
by and between the following parties:

1. SERVICES

During the term of the Agreement, Abima Landscape shall perform the following services for
Charles De La Riva :

• It will be 150 ft of lights, 150ft of steel wire, a support for lights and accessories to hold lights
and wire.

2. PAYMENT AMOUNT AND METHOD

The Client agrees to pay the Contractor as follows:

• The total cost of material and labor will be $1,000.00. It has been decided between both
parties that Charles De La Riva will pay Jose Castro $500.00 when this contract is signed. The
other $500.00 will be paid at the completion of the labor previously described.

3. TERM

This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until completion of the
Services by the Contractor, unless earlier terminated as provided herein, or unless extended by
mutual agreement expressed in writing signed by both parties prior to the completion of the
Services by the Contractor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first
above written.
