Project Name : Extrajudicial Killing (Criminal Injustice)

Introduction

● Criminal Injustice is a project were should have the justice to the person who

are killed by the officials without any legal process. We will remove the fear of every

citizen in our country.

● The aim of our project is to provide the lasting solution to stop the extrajudicial

killing.

● To bring the justice for the citizen who are living below the poverty.

● To absorb knowledge when it comes to laws.

● To reduce the daily death rate.

● To prevent the killings without any legal process.

● Our vision is to encourage people to address the root of injustice. Also to give

the learning that be needing of everyone when it comes to law.

Purpose

● The main motive of this project is to provide the lasting solution to stop the

officials from killing without any legal process.

● This project sponsoring the citizen of Philippines to be knowledgeable and to

fight for their right when it comes to justice and for every family to have justice for

their loved ones who have been victims of extrajudicial executions. Additionally, this

will also teach every citizen their right to know what decision of a board of judges

should be.

Description

● The project will gather people and teach them inside the office, that were

located at Dasmariñas, Cavite. This only will happen Monday, Wednesday, and

Friday at the month of March 2023 from 7:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m.

● The attendees will be given their snacks, notebooks for the notes, and books

for the better understanding about laws.

● They will also be given a questionnaire that be needing to answer in order to

pass

it to court for the better understanding and solution to strip the injustice killings.

● This will also launch a website (criminalinjustice.org) and social media

accounts that will be named @criminalinjustice.

Support

● The estimated budget for this project is 1,500,000 to 3,000,000 pesos. This

will include the lawyers, trainers, human right defenders, investigators, books,

snacks, notebooks, and any additional expenses for this project.

SMART CRITERIA

S - this project aims to fight and protect their human right as the citizen of the

Philippines, this will help them to stand for their right and also to stop the killings of

officials without any legal process.

M - this will be used by the people who are not supported on extrajudicial killing,

especially the family of the victims. This will be measured by the killing of officials

outside the court or without any jurisdiction.

A - this will be presented inside the court to give a proper research and investigation

about the issue. The people in politics is the one of the key to give a light for the

people who wants justice to the victims.

R - As one of citizen in the Philippines we have our right and voice to speak what we

are experiencing.

T - the development of this project will take 6 months to 2 years. Because of the

process will be needed in this project.
