VALUES EDUCATION

1. The social justice it includes direct redistribution of wealth

and income; protected legal status on employment,
government subsidies, and other unprivileged groups, or
legalized discrimination against privileged groups up to and
including expropriation, collective punishment and purges. It
is being implemented that everyone deserves equal economic,
political and social rights and opportunities. Social workers
aim to open doors of access and opportunity for everyone,
particularly those greatest need.
2. When we say extreme personalism, Filipinos view the world in
terms of personal relationships and the extent to which one is
able personally to relate to things and people determine our
recognition of their existence and the value. We Filipino has a
high value placed on sensitivity and regard for others, respect
and concern, understanding, helping out, and considering for
others’ limitations. That’s how extreme personalism has a
Filipino value.
3. Social values form an important part of the culture of the
society. Values account for the stability of the social order.
They provide the general guidelines for social conduct. Values
such as fundamental rights, patriotism, respect for human
dignity, rationality, sacrifice, individuality, equality and
democracy.
4. In practicing professionalism, it involves consistently achieving
high standards, both in the work you do and the way you
behave. Being professional helps you to achieve high quality-
results, while impressing and inspiring others-and feeling good
about yourself. If Mr. D prohibits his wife to practice her
profession there is no development for his wife if he wanted to
make his decisions, todays trend we Filipino women tend to
practice on our own professionalism. Its time for her to go
beyond her work not just a housewife but a working mother
too.
5. Social justice is the view that everyone deserves equal
economic, political and social rights and the opportunities.
Social workers aim to open doors of access and opportunity for
everyone, particularly those in greatest need. The greatest
impact of social justice promotes fairness and equity across
many aspects of society, for example it promotes equal
economic, educational and workplace opportunities. Its also
important to the safety and security of individuals and
communities.
6. Values education also helps the students to become more and
more responsible and sensible. It helps them to understand
the perspective of life in a better way and lead a successful life
as a responsible citizen. It also helps students to develop a
strong relationship with family and friends. This is how values
education important considering how the Philippines
mounting problems, we Filipino are responsible and sensible
enough in facing problems because we are responsible citizen.
7. Under the above, income or gross receipts, tuition fees,
matriculation fees, and other school related fees, from
educational services of educational institutions are not subject
to VAT. All revenues and assets of non-stock, non-
profit educational institutions used actually, directly, and
exclusively for educational purposes shall be exempt. Its
constitution and by-laws authorize the change. (24) What is
the rule on the taxability of income that a government
educational institution derives from its school operations?
Such income is. (A) subject to 10% tax on its net taxable
income as if it is a proprietary educational institution.
8. If married, the spouse must signify his or her consent.
Otherwise, the sale is void. Under the family Code, if the
spouse sold the property without the consent and knowledge
of the other spouse, then the sale is void. Conjugal property
refers to property and assets a married couple owns. All
properties, whether acquired before or during the marriage,
are considered conjugal property under the Family Code . My
comment about the consent it should have a consent between
the two party to avoid the misunderstanding both parties.
9.

10. If the Kasambahay left without any valid reason at all.

The employer has allowed to pay the kasambay unpaid salary.
