An employee who is unjustly dismissed from work shall be entitled to
reinstatement without loss of seniority rights and other privileges and to his full

the time. If an employee finds he or she has been unfairly dismissed they will
usually take an employer through to an employment tribunal. If the tribunal finds
the dismissal to be unfair then the employer will not be able to defend the claim
and the employee will succeed with the claim.
