Raising the price of the property and property taxes in cities is the best way to

solve the growing problem of overcrowding in cities. Do you agree of disagree

It is a common belief that the best solution for the growing issues of urban
overcrowding is increase property price and property taxes. From my perspective,
I completely disagree with this view for several reasons.
First, there is the issue of urban overpopulation brought on by the influx of
individuals from rural and other less developed areas looking for better study and
working environments. Therefore, increasing property taxes and prices is
ineffective. Instead, the state can aid in promoting equal growth across areas to
lessen urban overcrowding.
