 Write an assignment report to answer the two following questions:
1.     Design a business name card of yourself as an imaginative solicitor of a Vietnamese
company. You should use the correct legal terminology of Company law such as company name,
business sector, business model, main business lines, etc. (2 pts.).

2.     Design a mini-website to advertise the new product for a Vietnamese company. You should
write at about 50-70 words and use the correct legal terminology of Intellectual Property law and
Advertising law (3 pts.).
This should include:
- The correct of both English and Vietnamese business slogan, logo, trademark, business
statement, and/or its patent to show the competitive advantage of the company
- The use of at least ten (10) words studied during the course

3.     Provide an advertising brief for a Vietnamese product. You should write at least 150 words
and use the correct legal terminology of Company law, Intellectual Property law, Competitive
law and Advertising law (5 pts.).
The advertising brief should include:
- An introduction to the context of the brief
- A dialogue between the characters to clarify why they need the product
- A conclusion to summarise the benefits, the usage, and/ or the special features of the product
- The use of at least ten (10) words studied during the course
