Calling the attention of all COE students who incurred an INCOMPLETE (INC) and NO FINAL EXAM (NFE)
Grades from 2nd semester of AY 2020-2021 that you are advised to comply with the requirements on the subject
in which you had an incomplete grade before the end of this semester to meet the 1 year grace period for your
compliance or else you will be going to re-enroll the subject.

Note: You are only given 1 year grace period to comply from the end of the semester in which you incurred the
INC Grade.

Students with incomplete grades from summer 2021 and the 1st semester of AY 2021-2022 are also
encouraged to look for their respective instructors and process their completion of grades.
