Calista.PH will initially target two key audiences within one geographic location:
Females. They are ideal for commonly females use scrunchie to tie up their hairs.
Although, some males use this depending on the situation.

are welcome.
With Calista.PH one and only handmade product made by love, scrunchie, our

IV. PROJECTED SALES AND MARKET SHARE
Projected sales depend on the quantity of sold scrunchies on that day. Each regular
scrunchie cost 7 PHP, while each customized cost 15 PHP.
Following the 25% market share, we make sure that it is fair and just on both producers
and consumers. They don’t have to worry about the price because Calista.PH offers
affordable high-quality handmade scrunchie.

Product Strategies
Our bags bring life with a strong personality. It contains perfect color
combination and design to attract and hold customers’ eye and attention. We will

of our customers’ order.

Our product is much cheaper than other accessory store in the industry. We’ve
conducted bench marking of businesses related to our business itself and came up
with a price that benefits both producers and consumers.

Calista.PH don’t actually have a physical store like any other accessory store out
there. We don’t think it is necessary to have one with just one product. Instead,
we sell online in different kinds of application such as Lazada, Shein PH, and
Shopee.

With our product we follow the 25% Mark up. That's the most basic computation of
mark up so if the projected sales of the regular scrunchies is Php 70 the markup will
be Php17.5 and for the customized version the markup will be Php 37.5. We make
sure that those prices are still affordable and also worth it to the side of the
manufacturers.
We used the basic mathematics to calculate the mark up. For example:
25% will be converted to decimal so it will become 0.25 as the mark up percentage.

using our own money. Since some of us started to save money, we can used that to

them as it grows. This is a big help since we can start with zero interest.
Or, short term debts from the banks. We can borrow a good amount of money to build
our business.
The process guarantees that important risks are identified and eliminated as soon as
possible, and that development potential are maximized by ensuring that projects are
conceptualized.
Calista.ph are available in social media platforms. This project prioritized the
customers and realized that they can be more beautifully on just a piece of accessory.
The total cost or our capital for this business is P1000.00 shared by the stockholders.
This capital will be the life of our business to complete all we need and take an
action, and all expenses of the business.
Our team of sustainably skilled specialists will do more in-depth work to address any

As a conclusion, this business project proved to be helpful to us. Our products want to
empower every woman to believe on their selves that they are beautiful. Giving them
courage to by means of our product. Our business can compete with other businesses
because we also have our own unique features as a competitor.
We are aiming to provide a product that can satisfy our costumers according to their
wants, needs and desires. For our business, we assured and believe that our business will
establish investment because of how we plan it.
We are also continuously making concentrate to all the things that can improve our
business. To promote our product and give more satisfaction for all our customers. Not
only that but also in managerial side of the company. We are also hoping that we can
make a loyal customer for our business.

designing in hair it needs some uniqueness and solid posture. We recommends
Scrunchies it is the one of old and class design We have different designs, we uses soft
fabric it means it doesn't damage your hair because they do not cause tension the way hair
