    environment clean . Remove the unwanted materials with immediate effect.

    Workforce were working/both working together
    Get rid-of the unwanted materials. while Scaffold erection is ongoing. Issue disciplinary
    action against the foreman/supervisor. (Evidence
    Required)

    lifting/Hoisting .Corden-off the area before
    commencing the lifting. Take disciplinary Missing adequate edge protection
    action against supervisor/engineer(evidence
    required ).
